Calvary Chapel Windward provides a fun, age-appropriate learning experience for children. Sundays begin with lively, interactive worship followed by a Scripture-based story shared through a puppet show. Children are then grouped by age and gather for Bible study led by Children’s Ministry Director Kory Ohly and a team of dedicated teachers.

Express your worship through the traditional art of Hawaiian hula. Sharing God’s love through dance is the heartbeat of the Hula Ministry. Men, women, and children are welcome! This is a seasonal ministry focused on Christmas and Resurrection Sunday celebrations. No hula experience is necessary; just the desire to worship the Lord. Led by Melissa Scott, a student under Kumu Hula Caron Aquino and mentored by Kumu Hula Noelani Kaleopaa. Melissa has been dancing hula for 19 years in Hawaii, Japan, Hungary, and California. She has been teaching hula for 17 years.

Calvary Chapel Windward’s “Redeemed” Youth Ministry offers relevant Bible study and activities for teens and pre-teens. The group meets on Friday evenings at 6pm, to deepen their understanding of God’s word, share a meal, and fellowship together. Some members of the youth ministry also lead worship on Sunday mornings in the main sanctuary. The group has made two mission trips to Okinawa and Japan, sharing God’s love through music, dance, and community service. We welcome you to join us and watch God do a wondrous work in your life!
